What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 24-48 hours to process your order. We have several warehouses in Europe. It will take 5-8 days (working days) to receive your package.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, wait 3 days after your order and you will have an Order Number. You can track your package on the package tracking page

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@bordel-demiaou.fr and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?
